He also acted as Commercial Director in a distributor of ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals and petrochemical products for five years. Alexandre has extensive experience in the operational, logistic, fiscal and financial structuring of foreign trade operations.

He worked at AB-Inbev for 20 years, as VP Global Procurement, in Belgium and the US.
Paulo led M&A in procurement during the integration and creation of AmBev, InBev and AB-Inbev, as well as working as a consultant in the transformation in procurement after the acquisition of Heinz. He was instrumental in the development of the role of procurement in the companies in which he worked, bringing a vision of global sourcing and strategic alignment with the business. Currently, he is the founding partner of Procurement Garage, a consulting firm specialized in sourcing, and partner of COOBO, a data analytics in supply chain company.

He worked at Ambev and AB-Inbev for 22 years, in operations and manufacturing of beer and soft drinks, procurement, sales and marketing, in roles such as VP of Global Procurement and President of International Operations. More recently, he worked at AB-Inbev’s ZX Venture Capital.
Cassiano worked in several Brazilian cities, such as Paulínia, Jundiaí, Jacareí and Manaus, operating in the Zona Franca (free trade zone). He has also worked in China, where he developed and led the purchases of inputs from Asia for the ABI factories, and in Belgium, leading the global packaging purchases. Currently, he is a founding partner of SIX-F, an investment group based in Miami, and manages his agribusiness in Brazil.
